In fact, the earliest known use of lavender may date back to ancient Egypt, where it is speculated that the plant was used as perfume and as part of the mummification process. The ancient Romans were obsessed with lavender, believing it to be a purifying plant, and the name even comes from the Latin verb lavare, meaning to cleanse.

- Step 2: After the first hour, change the diffuser sticks. Every 1-2 weeks, add about 25-30ml of essential oil.
- Step 3: Regularly shake the essential oil bottle gently and turn the diffuser sticks to ensure the fragrance lasts. Turn the diffuser sticks upside down every two days to ensure even fragrance diffusion.
- Step 4: After 15 days of use, you can soak the old diffuser sticks in alcohol and dry them for reuse, or replace them with new diffuser sticks.
